Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, selecting a package on our pricing page, or completing an order on 4K UGC Digital Media Ltd. ("4K UGC"), you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions.
If you represent a corporate entity, e-commerce brand, or marketing agency, you certify that you have the requisite authority to bind that entity to this agreement.
Turnaround SLA & Production
Our standard production timeline begins once we have received:
- Completed creative briefing (Product description, target audience, angle selection).
- Confirmed payment (Full payment or 50% advance deposit).
- Physical product samples (if required for unboxing, texture demo, or hands-on filming).
Regular vs Premium 4K Tiers
Filmed on high-end smartphones (iPhone 14/15/16 Pro) in natural everyday environments. Native creator voice narration, Bengali dynamic on-screen captions, 1080p 60fps vertical format (9:16).
Filmed with cinema cameras and macro studio lenses in 4K UHD 60fps. Studio acoustic soundproofing, professional voiceover, premium sound design, color grading, and priority turnaround.
Payment Terms & Due Balance
4K UGC supports instant payments in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash Merchant, Nagad Merchant, and BRAC Bank PLC account transfers.
- Full Payment: Client pays 100% upfront. Final 4K watermark-free master files are available immediately upon completion.
- 50% Advance Payment: Client pays a 50% deposit to initiate production. Upon completion, a watermarked preview is uploaded for review. The remaining 50% due balance must be cleared to unlock the clean, full-resolution master files.
Watermarked Preview Policy
When an order has an outstanding due balance, deliverable videos are presented with an embedded 4K UGC review watermark.
Watermarked videos are intended solely for client review and verification. Commercial broadcasting or paid advertising of watermarked material without clearance of due payment constitutes copyright infringement.
Revision Rules & Scope
Every 4K UGC order includes 1 complimentary round of revisions.
- Text, caption, spelling, price corrections, and discount code overlay updates.
- Background music adjustment or volume re-balancing.
- Pacing cuts, clip re-ordering, or trimming specific scenes.
- Call-to-action (CTA) button or logo placement adjustments.
- Complete reshooting due to fundamental changes in client briefing after shooting has concluded.
- Requesting a different creator style or angle not specified in the original approved order.
Commercial Ad Rights
Following full payment clearance, 4K UGC grants the client an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the completed video deliverables across all digital advertising channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Television, and E-commerce platforms).
Cancellation & Refunds
- Before Scripting / Filming: If an order is canceled within 12 hours of placement before creator assignment, a 100% refund is issued.
- After Filming Commences: Once creators have received briefs and shooting is underway, production costs are non-refundable. However, clients are entitled to full revision support to achieve campaign objectives.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
